On April 1, 2026, a professional seminar by Knarr and Günther took place at the Medpodjetniški izobraževalni center (MIC) in Škofja Loka, organized in Slovenia by DUMIS d.o.o.
The event was part of the Roadshow 2026 project and brought together representatives of technology companies and industry professionals from the Gorenjska region. The focus was on presenting Knarr and its product portfolio, as well as providing practical insights into the use of Günther hot runner systems.
Through concrete examples, participants gained a better understanding of why hot runner systems are essential for modern plastic injection molding, how to use them effectively, and what key factors designers need to consider when developing tools.
Special attention was given to digital solutions, particularly the CADHOC configurator, which enables users to quickly prepare technical solutions, drawings, and quotations in approximately 15 minutes. Such tools significantly accelerate development processes and support faster, more informed decision-making.
The seminar was not only an opportunity to gain knowledge, but also to connect. Participants exchanged experiences, raised new questions, and established contacts that may lead to future collaborations.
The event concluded in a relaxed atmosphere with a lunch, where discussions continued beyond the formal program.
