Generally, these are small products weighing from 0.1g to 20g. They are made from demanding engineering thermoplastics with additives. Due to challenging functions of the products, only special thermoplastics ensures appropriate chemical durability, temperature stability, wear resistance and appropriate flexibility or stiffness.

We have been dealing with the development of plastic products for gas technology for 10 years, which allows us to have enough experience for the smooth implementation of new projects. For the most demanding products, in large series production (>1,000,000 pieces), we achieve reproducibility of dimensions within a tolerance band of 0.01 mm. Conditions for achieving are high-quality machine park with modern peripheral equipment and deeper knowledge of injection molding technology.
