They are mainly made from technical thermoplastics based on PA with glass fibers and special additives. The size of the fans ranges from Ø20mm to Ø160mm. The key requirements of these products are to achieve minimal run-out, low unbalance and compact hub. It must enable a long service life and reliable operation at high speeds and elevated temperature loads.

Considering the complexity of the product, we use the technology of three-plate tools as well as injection with hydraulic hot runner system, which allow us additional control over the process and its repeatability. For larger batches, we have also developed automation, which ensures flawless processing of the injection-molded part.
