On 21 May 2026, a professional seminar was held in Moravče, where representatives of companies Günther and Contura presented solutions for more efficient plastic injection molding processes. The event brought together industry experts interested in production optimization, cycle time reduction, and modern approaches to tool design.
The first part of the seminar was dedicated to Günther hot runner systems. Various system designs were presented, along with their advantages and recommendations for proper installation and use. Participants were also introduced to the CADHOC digital portal, which enables fast configuration of hot runner systems and automatic generation of CAD models and preliminary quotations.
After a discussion and exchange of questions, the second part of the seminar followed, where Mr. Šmuc presented Contura’s solutions in the field of conformal cooling. Using practical examples, he demonstrated how optimized cooling can significantly reduce production cycle times, improve product quality, and increase manufacturing productivity.
The seminar concluded in a pleasant atmosphere over lunch at Gostilna Frfrav, where participants continued professional discussions and exchanged experiences.
